Clean hotel, beautiful rooms, incredibly comfortable location in the middle of the city. Location just off the back garden, Newcastle airport, and the centre. And a 5-minute walk from St Matthew's Church.

From the moment we arrived, Lesley made us feel welcome and showed us to our spacious and clean room. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. We were treated to stunning views from the windows and everything in the room worked perfectly. the breakfast options were delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. Lesley and her husband provided excellent service and even recommended a nearby pub for dinner. We can't wait to stay here again in the future. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😍.

I had a blast exploring Hadrian's Wall and Alnwick Castle, while stuffing my face at The White Swan. And guess what? I even managed to squeeze in some golf, cycling, and hiking. A multitasking queen!
Oh, but how I missed being woken up by workmen outside my window and the delightful road noise. Such a soothing lullaby!

This bed and breakfast is quite suitable for passengers with early flights, being conveniently located close to Newcastle airport. the rooms are tidy, with coffee/tea making facilities and cozy beds, as described. Clean towels and toiletries are provided in the bathroom, and the breakfast is also worthy of praise.
Parking space is somewhat limited, with not enough room to accommodate all the guests.

The hotel was perfectly located, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. Best of all, the hotel offered plenty of free parking, which made our arrival and departure stress-free.
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about our stay. If I had to pick one negative aspect, it would be the road noise, which was just noticeable in the morning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a lovely village location, close to major routes. The hotel was beautifully clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, including coffee/tea making facilities. The breakfast included a great selection of options, including help-yourself fruit, yogurt, and toppings. The hotel's location was convenient for my visit, and the price for the stay was very reasonable. I would definitely visit again.
All was more than satisfactory.

Stayed for New Year's Eve near the airport and wanted to try something different from the usual hotel chains. the B&B we found was welcoming and offered a comfortable and clean bedroom. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was great with plenty of options. It was also conveniently located near nice pubs and had good parking available.
The host was a bit business-like and could have alerted us to the workmen outside early in the morning. the front bedroom had a bit of road noise even though the house was set back.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the property was ideal, being in close proximity to the event I was attending. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the hosts, who gave us accurate directions to the venue.
There were no negative aspects to mention about my stay at this hotel.

As close to Newcastle airport, this hotel had fantastic transportation links, making it incredibly easy to reach. Cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh flowers and a spotless room upon arrival. Parking was available right outside the hotel, taking the hassle out of finding a space. Breakfast was superb, with an array of options including fresh fruit and yoghurt to start and a full English to finish. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting me check-out later to fit around my plans.
Hard to think of anything.
